Refunds
Every piece is made to order for the drop. Read this before you send anything back. Nothing here limits your rights under the consumer law of the country you live in.
Order cancellations
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method. After 48 hours your order enters production and can no longer be cancelled, changed or refunded before dispatch, except where required by law.
To cancel, email contact@444racingco.com with your order number inside the 48-hour window.
Change of mind & sizing
Changed your mind or picked the wrong size? You have 14 days from delivery to start a return. Change-of-mind returns are resolved as store credit for the product value. Original shipping is not credited and return shipping is at your cost. Credit is issued once your return passes inspection and can be used immediately, including to reorder the right size.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached.
- Balaclavas and socks are excluded from change-of-mind returns for hygiene reasons once opened.
- Sale items, bundle items and free items earned through volume offers are returnable on the same terms. Free items are credited at $0 and must be returned with the qualifying order.
- Returns must be approved before shipping back. Unapproved returns are not accepted.
If you live in a country listed under Clause 05, your statutory right of withdrawal applies instead of, and overrides, this clause.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, we make it right and we cover all shipping. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. For minor faults we will first offer a replacement, then store credit if a replacement isn't available, and a refund where required by law. For major failures you can choose a refund or replacement.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Equivalent consumer guarantee laws in your country (for example the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or the EU legal guarantee of conformity) apply in the same way.
EU, EEA & UK right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, EEA (including Norway and Iceland) or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.
- To exercise this right, notify us by an unequivocal statement to contact@444racingco.com within 14 days of receiving your order (for split deliveries, of receiving the last item). You may also use the withdrawal option on our site.
- Return the goods within 14 days of telling us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
- We refund all payments received from you, including standard outbound shipping, to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof of postage, whichever is earlier.
- You may inspect the goods as you would in a store. We may deduct for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
- Sealed hygiene goods (balaclavas, socks) are exempt from withdrawal once unsealed after delivery.
Your local statutory rights
We ship worldwide, and where the law of your country grants you a mandatory cancellation or withdrawal right, that law prevails over this policy and refunds under it go back to your original payment method. Key markets:
How returns work
- Step 1. Email contact@444racingco.com with your order number, the items you're returning, the reason, and photos for any fault claims.
- Step 2. Wait for approval and the return address. Do not ship anything back without approval.
- Step 3. Post the items with tracking. Goods are your responsibility until they reach us.
- Step 4. Once your return passes inspection, credit or refund is issued within 5 business days (or sooner where the law sets a shorter deadline).
