Shipping

Every drop is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Here's exactly how the timeline works from the moment you order to the moment it lands.

CLAUSE / 01

Made to order timelines

Orders placed during a drop are pre-orders. Production begins after the drop window closes and takes approximately 4–6 weeks. Once your order dispatches from our production and fulfilment facility, delivery takes approximately 7–10 business days anywhere in the world.

The estimated dispatch window for each drop is shown on the product page before you buy. All timeframes are estimates, not guarantees; production at this scale can shift, and if a drop runs materially late we'll email everyone with the updated timeline.

CLAUSE / 02

Rates & tracking

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size. Every order ships fully tracked through our logistics network with local last-mile delivery partners in your country (Australia Post for Australian orders). You'll receive your tracking number by email the moment your order dispatches.

Orders containing multiple items ship together once the full order is produced. We don't split-ship unless we contact you to arrange it.

CLAUSE / 03

Duties, taxes & customs

Prices at checkout include any taxes we're required to collect at the point of sale. Beyond that, any import duties, taxes, brokerage or customs charges levied by your country on arrival are your responsibility and are payable to the carrier or your customs authority, not to us.

If a package is refused or abandoned because import charges weren't paid, we can't recover it in most cases. Where the carrier does return it to us, we'll credit the product value less the original and return shipping costs.

CLAUSE / 04

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't moved or your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time after the transit estimate, email contact@444racingco.com with your order number within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can act while carrier investigations are still possible.

  • We'll open an investigation with the carrier. Most stalled packages move again or surface within days.
  • If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we'll reship your order, or issue store credit if the item can't be remade, at no cost to you.
  • If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, check with household members, neighbours, your building and the carrier first, then contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier including proof-of-delivery data.
YOUR RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer law of your country. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

CLAUSE / 05

Address errors & returned to sender

  • Check your address at checkout. We ship to exactly what you enter.
  • Need to fix an address? Email us as soon as possible. We can update it any time before dispatch. Once a package is in transit we can't redirect it.
  • If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address you entered, or because it went unclaimed, reshipping is at your cost (a new shipping charge). Alternatively we'll issue store credit for the product value less the original shipping cost.
  • If a delivery fails because of our error or the carrier's, we reship free.
